Build Smartrapcore-alu

3D printer makes me really excited to have one, for 2 weeks I find local suppliers to compare prices of all parts, is now ready to be installed, install the following BOM which is available at http://smartfriendz.com/smartrapcorealu-assemblydocumentation- V0.95.pdf. Now the problem is, according to the assembly documentation provided, I have been following what is in the assembly document (PDF), test X Y X, test Home, set Z Home, all of which have been completed and save settings stored (M500). Do X0 Y0 center of the bed? (My bed 200x200), What happens to my printer is X0 Y0 has moved to the right, do it the right way?

Hi,
Well done, it's almost the end of your construction.
For me, my X0Y0 position is on the left corner, next to the front, therefore : no, the center of the bed was not the X0Y0 position by default.

It seems your extrudeur is on the back, on the original one, it is on the front --> I don't think it makes a big difference : you can keep it like this

Maybe you could make an inversion of cabling between your 2 motors (L and R) ?

change the cable  (L - R ) also can not, the endstop be come opposite direction

almost 3 days i was find, searcing, resouces how to solve this problem  :-\
 
how to set it back X0 Y0 to front left corner? i try move it manual to corner then enter code M500 to save it
it same or need to edit in configuration.h

The online firmware (available on github) works (I have this one too).

So, I think, your steppers could have a different wiring than the smartfriendz steppers kit. So maybe you could try to keep your connections like this but try to inverse the cables on your RAMPS (for i.e : in order to set the green cable on the left and the red cable on the riht of the connections) --> try to do this for X and for Y, it will run !

On Pronterface, or Repetier, when you press "Home X", the hotend must go on the left until the endstop. When you press "Home Y", it must go on the front until the other endstop too.

According to me, you don't need to enter M500... I don't understand clearly why you try to enter M500.
M500 will permit you to redefine the feedrate, or the acceleration, but I think you don't have to redefine the X0Y0 position like it..

According to assembly instruction, smartrapcore wire motor is Red, Grey, Yellow, Green
my motor is Red, Blue, Green, Black (wantai brand), i try to reverse the connection Left to Righ for X connection
and also Y, it run but opposite direction (i.e press -X the motor go to X).

okay.

Two things remain to be checked :
- Try to reverse your connections on your RAMPS keeping the X connection at the X position but reversing the connection on the pin (same thing for Y)
- are you sure about your pulley positions ? Maybe you could make an inversion during the assembly ?

Be confident, it will work !  8)

 :D it's look ok almost center of bed X100 Y100, X0 Y0 going to left bottom side, i change the wiring pin blue+red black+green
was red+blue green+black,

I think my bed out of center, according to assembly intruction distance 151mm from left top to Z linear shaft,
my Z about 155mm

I advise you to calibrate yourself your distance (my distance was not at 151mm too).

Try to calibrate your X0Y0 on the front left corner with moving the Z linear shaft, as you like, and maybe your will have to relocate your wooden plate for your bed.

Amx z: 2000
Emx : 10000
Xstep/m : +080.0
Ystep/m : +080.0
Zstep/m : +0080.0
Estep/m : +0140.0

Something is wrong with your  configuration.h
Try checking your  code ( make sure you've downloaded a coré xy configuration) and reupload it

Are the motor well connected? (If one motor is going in the wrong direction, it may look likes this, isn't it? I'm not sure, but check it). In manual, +X goes on the right,  and +Y goes at the bottom of the printer.
